REAL RANCHERS. REAL IDEAS.

Built from your ideas.
Still listening.

“All of Ranch Ledger’s features grew out of ideas and suggestions from real ranchers. Your ideas are still what matters most to me.”

— A note from the creator of Ranch Ledger

Something missing? Something could work better? Use the suggestions feature inside the app to tell us. The people doing the work should help shape the tools.

LESS GUESSWORK. BETTER RECORDS.

Know your animals.
Keep the details together.

Made for the information you need at the gate, in the barn, or back at the kitchen table.

01 / THE ANIMAL

Find the right record.

Track tags, markings, age, sex, and breed. Search by tag or electronic ID, then open the animal’s history.

02 / THE PASTURE

See who’s where.

Choose a pasture to see its animals and active count. Find unassigned animals or move a group together.

03 / THE CARE

Keep track of the work.

Record shots, treatments, conditions, and weights. Keep dated notes and follow-up dates with each animal.

04 / THE FAMILY

Follow the family.

Link dams, sires, and offspring. Open a relative’s record without digging through a separate notebook.

WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN’T REACH

The chores don’t stop.
Your records shouldn’t either.

After signing in and preparing the app online, work with saved records in the field. Changes stay on your device and sync when you reconnect.

Open the app online before heading out and look for the offline-ready confirmation. Keep a backup of important records.
